A. Your chosen stockist will be able to help advise you on the the correct size when you visit. In addition, we require that our stockists have an alterations service available so that your gown fits you perfectly.
A. We currently have four mainstream collections which offer modern, stylish brides a superb range of bridal gowns, designed by British designer Natalie Gladman. In addition to our mainstream collections, we also have a maternity bridal collection.
A. It’s important to try on a selection of our designs so that you can see which is most suitable for your figure and which you feel most comfortable and confident in. Your chosen will be able to help you choose a gown most suitable for you.
A. We are able to include some design changes to certain wedding dresses at an additional fee. Details and pricing are available from your chosen stockist.
A. No. All of our exclusive designs are sold under the Madeline Isaac-James label, and are only available from the approved stockists listed on our website. We require that our stockists are able to provide the best standard of care and support, and as such we only provide our gowns to retailers who focus on excellent customer service, can provide valuable extras including alterations, and whose experienced and knowledgeable staff truly understand your needs and requirements.
Q. Can I purchase a Madeline Isaac-James wedding dress via a home seller, internet only or ebay seller ?
A. We do not provide our wedding gowns to home sellers, internet only sellers or ebay resellers as we believe that brides will benefit from purchasing their gown from an experienced bridal retailer than can also provide additional services such as accessories, styling and alterations. In the event you see a dress which is labelled as a genuine Madeline Isaac-James wedding dress being sold in this manner, we appreciate your drawing this to our attention.
